How do I add my "Entertainer" details onto your website?

1. Click on "ENTERTAINERS" from the top menu bar.
2. Register by clicking on "Register Now!"
3. Enter all your details, ensure that your username and password are easy to remember. Press "SUBMIT".
4. Once your details have been accepted, a "THANK YOU" page will be seen. Click the word "here" to login or click on "ENTERTAINERS" from the top menu bar.
5. Enter your "Username" and "Password" and click "SUBMIT".
6. You are now in the advertisers control panel.
7. On the right hand side click on "Manage your adds".
8. Click on "Add Advertisment" on the bottom right.
9. Wait a few seconds for the data base to show. Fill in all the relevant details and click submit.


Can I change or update my add?

Yes, at any time. Just "Login" and make your changes. It is important that you keep your add up to date. The last thing you want is a prospective customer trying to book you and your cell number has changed.


I want to add photos but it keeps telling me they to big?

Make sure your photo’s are the right size by right clicking on them and choosing properties. To resize right click the photo and choose edit. There should be a place that will allow you to resize your photos. The maximum size a photo should be is 99KB.


Can I place an add in more than one category?

YES, but you would need to ensure that the details provided are suited to that catergory.
i.e. You don’t want to tell them about how good a "Close-Up Magician" you are when your add is for "Children’s Magician". Be specific about what you do!

How much does it cost?

In the general category it’s free!


I can’t see an Entertainers category suited to me?

1. A Category will only be displayed when somebody selects the category from the category menu in the control (login) panel.
2. If in the control (login) panel you still don’t see a category that relates to your form of entertainment, email us and we will add (If it meets with our Terms and Conditions).


How do prospective clients get my details?

Once the prospective customer has gone through the list they will request to have your details to be emailed to him. They will be emailed your contact number, email address and website details.
P.S. It is very important to make your add stands out from the rest!


What should I say in my add?

Sell yourself, tell the prospective customer how great their party / function will be if they book you! Be specific about what you do, type of shows, length of show, where you have worked etc. Maybe add a testimonial or two...
You might want to add how much it will cost for you to come to their party. The more info you provide, the better the chance of getting somebody to call.
